Requirements
- Male.
- Finished primary school (scan of the grade 6 report or certificate, and exam results letter).
- Scans of the family card, birth certificate, and parents' ID cards.
- Scan of a 3×4 passport photo with a blue background.
- Scan of a good-conduct letter from the school.
- Willing to sign a statement to live at and follow the rules of the pesantren for 6 years.
- Scan of the form fee transfer receipt.
