Pesantren Al-Qur'an Nurul Falah 2 Pandaan

Muslims today are increasingly eager to draw closer to their holy book, and the growth of Qur'an memorisation schools has been warmly received. Formal schools now treat Qur'anic competence as a mark of quality, the government supports children who wish to memorise the Qur'an, and several universities offer special admission routes for students who have memorised it.

This enthusiasm comes alongside what is often called the 5.0 era, marked by rapid advances in science, technology, and information. The economic, social, spiritual, and legal challenges facing society are becoming heavier and more complex.

To sustain this great interest in learning and memorising the Qur'an, and to prepare for a competitive future, the community needs Qur'an schools of higher quality: schools that raise resilient people, combine Qur'an memorisation as the first priority with religious studies that strengthen faith and practice, and teach general subjects so students can continue to the next level of education.

More specifically, this pesantren is designed for students with a strong interest in the Islamic sciences (tafaqquh fiddin), who are hoped to become capable scholars in their time. Graduates are expected to have memorised the Qur'an, to master religious knowledge from the classical texts, to know the general subjects required for national examinations, and to speak English actively so they can follow the developments of their age.
